Director of Food and Beverage

Silver Cloud Hotel – Bellevue Eastgate is hiring a Director of Food and Beverage to oversee all food and beverage operations including our new restaurant, Two Olives - opening in summer 2010.

The Director of Food & Beverage will be responsible for the operational and financial performance of the Food & Beverage operations (restaurant/bar, room service, banquet department). Significant initial focus will be restaurant pre-opening/opening preparations.
